Story Line:  Pooja Sahani, Raj Khanna, and Tina Kapoor share a long history as childhood friends. Unbeknownst to Raj, Pooja has kept a deep, secret love for him. Due to his father's job, Raj's family relocates to London, and he makes a pact with Tina to stay in touch through email. However, Tina, a carefree and easily distracted person, doesn't want the commitment. So, Pooja takes it upon herself to write to Raj, signing the emails as "Tina" to honor the promise.

Over the next 15 years, their correspondence draws them closer. When Raj returns to India for a vacation, he is convinced he'll recognize the girl he's been communicating with and decides not to exchange photos before his arrival. Upon their reunion, Raj mistakenly identifies Tina as his pen pal, not realizing that the real Tina is quite different from the persona he knew through emails. Eventually, Tina introduces Pooja, and the trio rekindles their friendship.

Despite being aware of the deception and that Raj is in love with Tina, Pooja can't resist his advances and falls for him. Their parents joyfully announce their engagement, causing heartache for Pooja, who decides to keep her feelings a secret.

In London, Pooja joins Raj for an interview, and during their visit to his favorite church, she unknowingly hums a tune from a song he wrote for her years ago. This triggers Raj's memory of their shared experiences through their emails, and he realizes that Pooja is his true love. They decide to marry.

Meanwhile, back in India, Tina's father passes away, leaving her alone. It was his last wish that Tina marries Raj, and Pooja's parents agree to perform the rituals in Tina's parents' absence. Concerned about Tina's well-being, Pooja sacrifices her own happiness and refuses to marry Raj. Despite Raj's desire to reveal the truth to his parents, Pooja stops him and insists on a unique condition: Raj will only marry Tina if Pooja marries someone else on the same day.

The families travel to London for Raj and Tina's wedding, and during the engagement party, Rohan Verma, a friend of Raj's, becomes smitten with Pooja. To ensure Tina's happiness and meet Raj's ultimatum, Pooja agrees to marry Rohan. On the wedding day, Tina realizes that Raj's heart belongs to Pooja when she notices that Raj's ancestral family bracelets are a better fit for Pooja. She gracefully confronts the situation at the altar, expressing gratitude for having such selfless friends. The story concludes with Pooja and Raj getting married.
